Two-way school to parent
Smart booking for parentsThe Parent Teacher Module draws on existing school data, such as student subject assignments and teacher availability, and automatically organises the most suitable appointment times for parents. Manual booking is also an option, allowing parents to choose from pre-set times. Parents can access the tool from any device and book a meeting in two simple clicks.
Simple staff managementSchool staff can easily view and manage meetings and appointments with parents. They can update their availability, view personalised interview details, mark attendance, log notes and print schedules if required. Stay on time during meetings with an in-built timer.
Broadcasts and remindersSchool staff can create broadcasts and messaging to parents based on their booking status and set automatic or manual reminders to multiple parties for agreed appointments. Staff can also send additional information or instructions via email to parents relating to pending meetings and appointments.
